Calligraphy

  

With learning about Colonial America in Social Studies, today you got to try your hand at calligraphy! You got to use a variety of quill pens and feathers, dipping them in ink.  We had to practice this since you will be writing biographies of famous people of the American Revolution with calligraphy pens. I hope you enjoyed it! 

Owl Pellets with Science From Scientists

You all did such a great job dissecting owl pellets with the scientists last week.  Most were pretty grossed out at first, but then you got really into it!  Some of you even found full skulls or tails!
